When we moved to Arizona four years ago, our original plan was to sell the house and think of it no more. But... it turns out the economy isn't looking so good these days and no one was interested in buying our house. We ended up renting the house instead. The house had been occupied pretty much the whole time until May, when our last renter decided to move out. We freaked out, drove to New Mexico, painted, shampooed, and vaccuumed until the house looked presentable enough to try and sell. We placed the house on the market on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon we had an offer. Little Miss Renter moving out was probably the best thing that could have happened to us. Let's take a little walk down memory lane, as I'm feeling nostalgic right now.

What a cute house! Glad it sold and you don't have to worry about it anymore.
PS: We are dog sitting for three days, so if you hear horrible barking, blame us.
